diaryJoining the Practice

Simply come to the practice in person and fill in a registration form. When you come along to the practice to register please remember to bring with you proof of identification (passport or driving licence or some other document with a photograph on it) as well as proof of residence (like a recent utility bill). Please note that we are entitled to ask for such identification when a person wishes to join the practice. At the time you register it is advised that you also book an appointment with the practice nurse for a health check.

If you permanently live within our practice area, you may register with us indefinitely.

If you DO NOT permanently live within our practice area, (i.e. you are in transit and temporary living in the area) you may register with us as a temporary patient for no more than 6 months.

Children cannot be registered on their own. It is preferred that whole families are registered together rather than just individual members. Where this is not possible, a child may be registered with his/her legal guardian, parent or whoever has legal responsibility for the welfare of the child.

Register for ONLINE ACCESS

Once you have been registered with the practice as a patient for at least a month, you can register with the practice for ONLINE ACCESS. This will allow you to book appointments and make repeat prescription requests online. This is different from registering with the practice as a patient and must be done separately at the practice in person.
