Appointments
The Triangle Group Surgery operates an appointment system. Appointments with a doctor or nurse must be made beforehand. Walk-in appointments are available only for children during the evening surgery every day from 3 - 5:50pm.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Results over the phone
Results of smears, swabs, x-rays and blood tests are available by phone between 3:00pm – 6:00pm, for the patient only. Please note that results normally take one week to be notified to the Practice. It is the patient’s responsibility to follow-up on their test results.

Flu Campaign 2011/12

If you are aged 65 and over and are in any of the 'At Risk' groups do not foget to have your flu jab this year. For details about the flu clinics and whether you are elligible to have a flu jab please see Further Information and click on the 'Flu Campaign Tab' .

Flu clinics will be held at the surgery on a drop-in basis. We encourage you to come as soon as you can as it is first-come first serve.

Welcome to Triangle Group Practice

Triangle Group Practice has been operating in central Lewisham for 30 years. It serves a population of about 8000 patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.

Our team includes 4 doctors, a full-time practice nurse and part-time counselling psychologist. We have an experienced reception and administration team. We are also part of a wider group which includes Health visitors, Community midwives, District nurses, a Smoking cessation advisor and a Citizens Advice Bureau representative.

University Hospital Lewisham is located a few minutes walk away. There is a primary care suite based adjacent to A&E, run by GPs and nurse practitioners.

The practice operates from premises converted in 1990. There is a lift and full disabled access. There is also a flexible appointment system, allowing for a balance of pre-booked and next day, next 2 days appointments. Same day appointments are also available for urgent problems. We endevour to offer patients continuity and choice. Our open emergency access session for children runs every afternoon from 3pm - 5:50pm, except Wednesday when the session starts at 3.30pm.
